Job Responsibility:
- Implement all planned activities of the Project.
- Receive complaints and collect all documents of cases.
- Conduct Fact Finding on Human Rights Violations.
- Compile all documents for filing cases and submit those documents to the Staff Lawyer
- Maintain all case filing process of the Project target.
- Follow-up of cases.
- Maintain case related documents and files.
- Field visits in related cases of any human rights violation.
- Attend the project meetings and any other meetings/seminars/ workshops training, which is arranged by ask and other organizations.
- Field visits in related cases of any human rights violation.
- Maintain files for correspondence, work sheets and diary.
- Any other work as required by ASK management.
- Responsible to visit any field and rescue of victims of violence and help the clients for lodging FIR and general diary to police station at any time of day- night (week days and holidays).
- Primarily Accountable for the work to the Director program and secondarily accountable to Executive Director.
- Other responsibilities allocated by ASK.
Additional Requirement:
- The applicants should have experience in the area of NGO sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, committed to work in a team and travel outside of Dhaka.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws/ Master of Laws
- Age limit: N/A
- Experience and skill: At least 5 years working experience in related fields
