Job Responsibility:
- Conducting local level advocacy initiatives through coordination with key stakeholders;
- Build relationships with individuals, social groups, institutions, and organizations;
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate the project;
- Conduct periodic performance monitoring including reassessments to ensure quality is maintained and milestones are met;
- Assess and participate in necessary collaborative efforts;
- Prepare the programme reports in assistance of Project Coordinator;
- Arrange different types of meetings and seminar with different stakeholders;
- Maintain communication with Child Rights Activists and specialised individuals;
- Mandatory traveling outside Dhaka, visiting working area or field for project purposes if required;
- Experience in preparing international periodic reports will be highly appreciated;
Educational Qualifications:
- Applicant must have University degree or equivalent qualification in sociology, gender studies, political science, economics, development studies or legal studies and human rights or other closely related subjects in social sciences;
- (must have master’s degree in any of the abovementioned fields)
Additional Requirement:
- Experience in the area of NGO sector;
- Experience in project management of multi-year, large scale donor funded projects;
- Experience in similar projects will get preference;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently;
Age limit: Age at most 35 years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate)
Experience and skill:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on relevant responsibilities
