                 To  plan, strategize and assist to achieve agreed sales target for the assigned  Premium Banking CentersManage  and nurture portfolio of customers in assigned centerPro-actively  analyze and understand the premium customers’ changing needs and develop  products/services which cater to fulfill those needs.Ensure  superior service throughout the assigned centerEnsure  risk mitigation within the businessEnsure  standards of Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance in line with both  Bank’s directives and specific regulatory requirements are metEnsure  responsibility and accountability for the prevention of money laundering,  mis-selling, misrepresentation, fraud & customer protection in line with  the regulatory & Bank’s policies and standards  KEY QUALIFICATIONS 
                 Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/ Banking  and Finance/ Marketing/ Management from any reputed university.Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in client service, preferably  with at least 2 years’ experience in banking sectorFluency in English and BengaliGood knowledge of local banking laws, regulations,  and Negotiable Instrument ActBasic Computer skills (word processing,  spreadsheet, and presentation)Possess strong selling and inter-personal skills in  convincing customers and selling banking productsCreative in terms of meeting customer demands with  existing productsProactive and driven to achieve set targets and  service standardsAbility to manage and prioritize job and timeMaintain satisfactory relationships with all  departments   FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Only short listed candidates will be called for the  interview as per recruitment process.
