KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Affiliation with companies to business development.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Research customer demand and build relationships with new segment.
- Design approaches for the fund collection and disbursement (private & Govt.) as per client requirements.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s need, concerns and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Run different projects like School Banking, safety net payment, Distributor bill collection, Insurance fee collection.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum graduate in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University. Post-graduation will be an added advantage with CGPA 3.00 (out of 4)
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills
- Self –starter with drive & initiatives
- Language proficiency both in Bangla and English
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- The candidate must have at least 2 years relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline etc.
- Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc
- Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
- Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
