To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in SME Banking  Division:

Associate Manager, Agent Banking Department, SME Banking Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new agent relationships adhering with set guidelines of Agent Acquisition and AB Outlet expansion plan.
• Responsible for business target (asset & liability) and Agent acquisition in the Division/Districts level.
• Direct strategically customer supporting campaign management and marketing operations.
• Prospective Agent Banking Outlet locations visit and necessary works as per agent approval process.
• Visit Agent Banking Outlets to maintain and manage regular contact with agents and customer to ensure Due Diligence of agent and customer.
• Support special project team.
• Head responsibility to monitoring Agent Relationship Officers KPIs.
• Support team members adequately to accomplish service needs of client.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum graduate in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University. Post-graduation will be an added advantage with CGPA 3.00 (out of 4)
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills
• Self –starter with drive & initiatives
• Language proficiency both in Bangla and English

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• The candidate must have at least 4 years relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline etc.
• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc
• Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
• Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
