To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in Distribution Network Division

Branch Operations Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all daily financial reports are done accurately and on timely basis
• Monitoring service quality by using excellent customer service skills
• Ensure day to day operational activities (cash operation, account maintenance etc.) in branch
• Provide guidance and insights to Branch Members to achieve Branch Business target and also contribute business at individual level to meet set targets as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Upholding compliance of the branch by following standards set by the bank and central bank
• Govern & Manage Regulatory & Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Framework prescribed by Central Bank, NBR, BFIU and other government stakeholders
• Ensure that any or all expenses for the branch are processed as per policy and with due diligence
• Keep good relationship and support colleagues in all matter by maintaining high levels of motivation amongst employees by acting as a team player
• Act as the Branch In-Charge in absence of Branch Manager

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Graduation, preferably in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics, from a reputed university
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, candidates in relevant role will get preference   
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes
• Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
