Officer/ Associate Manager, Customer Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring highest customer experience.
  • Utilize alternative channel platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
  • Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high quality products and services.
  • Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company.
  • Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment.
  • Ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service.
  • Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience.
  • Organize training programs for Branch staff in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Graduation, preferably in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics, from a reputed university
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience for in relevant role in hospitality and telecommunication business
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes
  • Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
