Manager / Senior Manager – Credit Inspection & Monitoring, Credit Administration

Employment Type: Full Time Employment


  • Conduct visit to business premise/ factory/ collateral of corporate borrowers as per schedule.
  • Conduct documentation due diligence/ compliance review.
  • Prepare comprehensive visit and compliance report.
  • Follow-up execution status of recommendations and rectification plan.
  • Monitor collection of borrower’s stock report, insurance coverage, deferrals, other covenants etc and escalate deviations, if any.
  • Monitor early alert, excess over limit, portfolio at risk, limit utilization and other credit risk indicators as applicable.
  • Prepare Risk Management Committee (RMC) report based on all findings derived from Credit Inspection and Monitoring activities.
  • Maintain relevant data and prepare MIS for the unit.


  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Bank or Financial Institution preferably in Relationship Manager/Credit Inspection.
  • Masters in any discipline, preferably in business administration, from any reputed university.
  • Knowledge about lending policy, process and documentation along with, compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Having willingness to frequent field visit all over the country.
  • Computer literacy and affluent to prepare presentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal relationship.
  • Analytical and decision making skill.
