KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop & grow Employee Banking business by acquiring new customers and ensuring company sign ups
- Coordinating with Internal and External stakeholders
- On-Boarding new companies as per the Bank’s policy
- To manage and grow relationships with the existing and potential clients
- To effectively and promptly handle customer queries and reduction in customer complaints
- Visiting potential clients for sales calls
- Assisting other channels to On-Board companies
- Being well informed about the Products and Propositions of the Bank as well as its competitors
- Caring attitude towards customers to assist them to achieve financial goals, to resolve problems
- Strict adherence of internal and external compliance guideline
- Building excellent customer relationship to contribute towards bank’s vision to be the Best Bank for all
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor / Masters in any discipline from reputed institutions with satisfactory academic track record
- Length of Service minimum 05 years with sound knowledge in General Banking / Front Desk / Sales / Financial Services
- Fluent in Bangla and English
- Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Honest and carries high personal integrity
