KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to Day SWIFT Application Support, case/issue management
- Relationship management & Coordination with SWIFT team, SWIFT partners and stakeholders
- SWIFT Application Configure based on business/Operational requirement
- SWIFT Certificate and License management
- Conduct SIT, UAT, Go Live readiness for any change or enhancement in SWIFT application
- SWIFT User access management
- Monitoring and Alert management
- Engage with SWIFT team and partners to onboard new products of SWIFT and enhancement in using products for efficiency in operation
- Engage with Regulatory, Management, Stakeholders, Security and Audit team for controls implementation and ensure audit and compliance
- Coordinate with Security team for Self Attestation report readiness and submission to SWIFT team
- SWIFT related order and bill processing
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS) from a reputed university.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in SWIFT and Banking Enterprise application Support / Management.
- Hands on experience in SWIFT (RMA, Bic Plus, Section screening etc) application eco System is must.
- Sound knowledge on SWIFT message standard and SWIFT customer security framework.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude.
- Hands on experience in COBIT, ISO and ITIL will add value.
- Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker.
- Experience in Manage service vendor management will add value.
- Strong leadership skill and stakeholder management.
- Ready to work after office hour & in holiday (if necessary)
- Honest and carries high personal integrity.
