I. Requisite Education: At least a BBA in Finance with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4 only from IBA (DU), IBA (JU), AIUB, NSU or ULAB in that order. Special consideration for BBAs with BSc in EEE, CSE, PIE or ME from BUET.

II.Requisite Skillset & Areas of Interest: Capital market research & analysis, business & financial research and analysis, business strategy, business planning, business budget, financial modeling and forecasting, PPT ideation, and at least CEFR-B2 level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and presenting in English.

III.Requisite Personality: ENFJ-A or ESTJ-A.

VI.Expectation, Tasks, and Responsibilities: As an integral part of the job description, the MT is expected to: 1) strictly adhere to the Firm’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) whilst performing and executing tasks and executing responsibilities; 2) closely collaborate with the CEO in successfully developing meeting notes to analysis & summary ideation in PPT format, business rationalization, business strategy, and business plan related deliverables by conducting market research, financial analysis, ideating and developing financial models, and value chain analysis of existing and new business opportunities of interest to the Firm; 3) closely collaborate with Manager, Finance & Compliance and Manager, Project Operations & Accounts in successfully generating the Balance Sheet, Key Financial Summary, Key Financial Ratios (ROA, ROE, OER, LCR, EPS, CAC, and CLTV), calculating Growth and Burn Rates, and Audit Report for third party validation as per inbound and outbound compliance standards; 4) when necessary, closely collaborate with AMC consultants to generate outbound deliverables as per the compliance standards of regulatory bodies; 5) during trading hours, conduct capital market research and analysis on typical and divergent market scenarios – and collaboratively ideate trade recommendation with the AMC team for timely submission to duly authorized Domain Expert for approval of trade execution in alignment with the AMC’s overarching portfolio management strategy; 6) during non-trading hours, conduct and summarize macroeconomic research and analysis on typical and divergent scenarios – and collaboratively ideate overarching strategic recommendations to the Chairman and CEO of the AMC for review and direction; and 7) generate requisite deliverables for Firm as directed.

VII.Monthly Remuneration During 12-Month Probationary Period: BDT 30,000 to 40,000 inclusive of applicable TDS.
