Seeking proposals from reputed consulting firm for design and printing of Pocket Guide on Domestic Violence for women SMEs and workers under WEESMS Project

Informed by six decades of experience and deep local expertise, the Foundation’s programs address critical issues—governance and law, economic development, women's empowerment, environment, and regional cooperation—to encourage Asia's continued development as a peaceful, just, and thriving region.

Among its various development initiatives, the Foundation has been supporting the promotion of women’s economic rights and women in leadership role in Bangladesh. Funded by the Embassy of Sweden, iDE and The Asia Foundation have partnered to implement the Women’s Economic Empowerment through Strengthening Market Systems (WEESMS), a five-year programme (2016-2021) that aims to provide greater opportunities for women in Bangladesh labor market across rural and peri-urban areas of Rangpur and Khulna Divisions of Bangladesh. 8. Application Procedure Interested consulting firms are requested to submit applications via email to country.bangladesh.jobs@asiafoundation.org at least by local time 4:00 pm on October 27, 2020 . Only shortlisted consultants will be contacted. The application should consist of:

1. A description of the company with evidence of company’s capacity to perform the services required (samples are required), including Company profile, registration certificate 2. Profile of UI /UX designer (sample works are required) 3. Financial proposal with a total budget not to exceed BDT 250,000 that outline the fees and associated costs including stationery, supplies required to complete the entire task .The consulting firm must budget for all relevant costs (including 2% Tax and 15%VAT) and provide explanatory notes. Tax and VAT will be deducted at source from the total contract amount as per government’ policy.
