The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our state of the art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar.
Asia Coatings (PVT) Ltd. is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Executive, Finance & Accounts Department.
Executive, Finance & Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, review financial documents for accuracy, maintain records and prepare transfer requests
- Assist to internal & external auditors and implementation of their recommendations
- Reporting to finance manager on significant financial events.
- Preparing necessary paperwork for tax & VAT payments and returns
- Prepare all kinds of vouchers and keeping record of all transactions through ERP
- Maintaining accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation & other accounts head reconciliation using ERP Software
- To ensure primary checking of bill/ vouchers before payment
- To take verification of inventories at sites with Internal Audit team
- To maintain petty cash, process invoices, update internal systems with financial data, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report, reconcile bank statements
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Performing any other relevant task assigned by the management
Educational Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/Accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Accounts.
- CA (CC) and CA (Knowledge level) completed will be given preference.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in Accounting and Finance
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Operating ERP software.
- Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work under pressure.
- Should have good knowledge in computer & Excel.
- Should be fluent in English
