Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG sales, particularly in the wholesale sector.
  • Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and sales-related tools.
  • Communication: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple clients and sales targets effectively.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ready to visit different provinces across PNG to expand market reach.
  • Work Ethic: Hardworking, honest, punctual, and self-motivated to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Provide excellent service to existing customers and foster strong business relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitor pricing, retail pricing, and market trends to support management in strategic planning.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand the customer base, and increase brand visibility through promotional activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Engagement: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Order Processing & Inventory Coordination: Accurately process sales orders, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions to optimize sales efficiency.
  • New Business Development: Identify potential customers, explore new markets, and drive revenue growth.
