Food Service and Key Accounts Lead
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the strategy and ambition for Food Service, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce for both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring the right product penetration and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about the total value chain—from global factory to end customers.
- Acquire relevant product knowledge and understand the applications of cheese, butter, spreadable, and other relevant dairy categories.
- Develop and execute channel strategies, marketing plans, and engagement strategies through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Have a sharp understanding of accurate forecasting, including inventory management, current secondary trends, and future growth potentials.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Strategize the right budget utilization to secure maximum profitability for the department.
- Maintain a close control on distribution management by ensuring strong collaboration with the distributor and their management team.
- Build the right product portfolio through a detailed assessment of market demand and future potential.
- Build effective relationships with the food service community and other key accounts.
- Stay up to date on food trends, new product offerings, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing. Experience in Food Service is preferred.
- Product Knowledge on Cheese, Butter and other Food Service products.
- Strong understanding of the food service industry, including trends, customer needs, and product offerings.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Analyse sales data and develop strategic business plans.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Relationship building skill
