To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, Arla Foods is currently looking for a smart and energetic individual for the position of Executive – HR Coordination.

Executive – HR Coordination

Job Location: Corporate Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide necessary support to Managing Director in various issues.
• Obtaining Work Permit including security clearance form SB and NSI for all expatriates.
• Arranging appropriate visas work permit renewal for expatiate staff and their dependent.
• Liaison and maintain relationship with the BOI, Passport Immigration authority, and other related stakeholders.
• Assist and coordinate with the expatriate to settle them in Bangladesh with housing, transportation, shipment of household Goods (If Necessary) and schooling for the children as per the company guideline.
• Manage company’s vehicle management including registration, tax token, fitness, and insurance etc.
• Provide necessary support on arranging visa, booking air ticket and accommodation for official travel of employees.
• Responsible for Head Office operation related support, safety issues.
• Supervise and monitor of the office staffs and cleaning staffs

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Graduate with 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Females are highly encouraged to apply
