Trade Marketing Executive

Job Location: Head Office, Gulshan 2, Dhaka


  • Work as the key bridge between Sales and Marketing functions in order to synchronize activity, communication and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and engage with field sales team for execution and follow up of regular trade activities.
  • Coordinate and engage with marketing team for initiatives and executions with brand strategy alignment.
  • Coordinate and engage with supply chain for smooth execution of the trade initiatives.
  • High engagement with suppliers/vendors including initiation, negotiation, execution and follow up of the activities with suppliers/vendors.
  • Periodic trade activity planning, evaluation and communication with cost efficiency as per the given budget.
  • Periodic market visits to monitor execution quality, understanding competitor’s activity and generating necessary feedback and action plan accordingly.
  • Bringing up innovative visibility solution in demand of our current market situation.


  • Minimum Graduate (preferably Major in Marketing).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Trade marketing.
  • Understanding on Sales & Distribution know how, visibility, trade relation, effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Highly skilled in MS excel and MS Power point.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation, Analytical & Presentation, Project Management, Problem Solving skill with Pro-active and "can do" attitude.
