Educational Qualification

  • Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/ Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from any reputed university of Bangladesh.

Set of Skills- 1

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in core languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, Go, or C++.
  • Front-End & Back-End Development: Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React.js, vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks like Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Version Control & Agile Collaboration: Strong understanding of Git and experience with Git-based platforms, plus familiarity with Agile methodologies using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Database Management: Expertise with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, including database design and optimization.
  • DevOps & Cloud: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Proficiency in writing tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) using tools like JUnit or Selenium, and familiarity with TDD/BDD practices.
  • Problem-Solving & Algorithms: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving using platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank.
  • APIs & Web Services: Skilled in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with understanding of SOAP if necessary.
  • Security & Optional Skills: Understanding of secure coding (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and familiarity with Machine Learning, Data Science, or IoT, if relevant.

  • Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, and macOS, with skills in system hardening and patch management.
  • Scripting & Programming: Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or programming languages like C or Java for automation.
  • Security Tools: Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), endpoint security solutions, and vulnerability scanners (Nessus, OpenVAS).
  • Threat Analysis & Incident Response: Skills in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital forensics with tools like EnCase or Autopsy.
  • Penetration Testing: Expertise in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using tools like Metasploit, Nmap, and Kali Linux.
  • Compliance & Frameworks: Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) and experience maintaining compliance.
  • Cloud Security: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security best practices.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Experience with authentication technologies (LDAP, SSO, MFA) and IAM tools like Okta or Azure AD.
  • Certifications & Experience: Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or OSCP, with a proven track record in incident management and security audits.

Job Location

  • Dhaka

Salary & Criteria

  • Salary range 30,000-80,000 (Salary will be fixed based on experience and skill)
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 5 to 7 years)
