Apon strives for better health and wellbeing of low income workers through operating specialized discount shops which not only ensures access to quality and affordable health-nutrition products and services for workers and increases their real income but also minimizes workers health expenditure through cash less health insurance coverage.
Currently Apon is serving Aprox. 50,000 workers through its 9 outlets.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Responsibility # 1: Marketing & Business Strategic Insight
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide new innovative idea, reporting & new product idea to the management.
- Provide Sales, Business Development & Customer Insight
Responsibility # 2: Development & Maintain Data Centre
- Preserve and Maintain existing data center
- Continuous improvement of data center
- Finding new data point to fulfill future data requirement
Responsibility # 3: Implementation & Development
- Developing software with the tech developer
- Managing developer and outsource company
- Ensure smooth operation with software

Job Requirements/Job Specification (Managerial and Functional Competencies)
- Education – Statistics or Masters in Business or MIS back ground preferable.
- Know-how—Minimum 5 years’ experience preferable in Retail or Product Marketing Company
- Fluency with some data analysis tools Excel, SQL, SPSS, Minitab, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Some Programming Experience is a plus (e.g. Python/R or any other)
- Results oriented & target driven.
- Good team player.
- Good project mgt. skills.
- DOER/Hands on.
- Good in follow up & monitoring, attentive to details
- Believes in social mission/woman empowerment.
Travel requirements
Based in H/Q & 30% time on the field. |
