Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager  will be accountable for achievement of primary and secondary sales target of assigned Region.  Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of sales targets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales target.
  • Forecast and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales planning and take into account the shelf life.
  • Channel Management and develop new channel as and when required.
  • Analyze data & integrate with the annual operating plan.
  • Analyze competitor activities, identify discrepancies & make a proposal accordingly.
  • Assign right person in different areas depending upon sales strategy.
  • Mentor, motivate and guide team members, ensure sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and follow up activity ratio on monthly basis.
  • Conduct on job training to develop requisite skills of the team members, product knowledge, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduation/ Master's from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food, Consumer, Beverage as like FMCG

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most  Bellow 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Very good analytical ability.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in supervisory position in FMCG industry.
