Position: Manager/Deputy Manager, Synthetic

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Will be able to work PU Pouring machine in the manufacturing section of the company.
  • Assists in the Operation of assigned machine(s) in accordance with all safety, production, and maintenance directives/instructions. Inspects, receives, and uses raw materials,
  • Maintains housekeeping and sanitation requirements; keeping within 5S standards.
  • Follows all safety requirements. Reports any observed safety violations to Cell Manager.
  • Wears all required personal protective equipment and follows and plant safety guidelines.
  • Should be able to work in an ERP environment.
  • This is a Full-Time position have to work on working Shift, (A/B/C).
  • Operate and Maintain large volume of synthetic shoe production.
  • Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
  • Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
  • Layout planning for new style.
  • Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
  • WIP (Work in progress) Control.
  • Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
  • Maintain highest standard of quality.
  • Skill development in the floor.
  • Labor Turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
  • Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
  • Design SOP as per production and customer requirements.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 30-35 years.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill (English and Bengali).
  • Good Interpersonal skill.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office & Outlook.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently

Job Nature: Full-Time.

Educational Requirement:

  • B.Sc in (Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Science)

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 8 to 10 Years’ Experience.

Job Location: Shafipur, Gazipur
