An Organization for Socio-Economic Development (AOSED) Expression of Interest (EoI) AOSED invites qualified individual consultants and consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for conducting the Mid-Term Evaluation of the project titled "Adaptive Livelihood Towards Establishing Resilient Communities (ALTER), Phase-II", being implemented in five unions of Paikgacha Upazila under Khulna District. The evaluation will cover project activities from April 2023 to March 2025. Scope of Work: The evaluator will be responsible for designing a detailed evaluation framework and methodology tailored to the objectives and context of the ALTER project. This will include developing appropriate tools and approaches for data collection and analysis. The evaluation will involve conducting both qualitative and quantitative field-level data collection to capture diverse perspectives and experiences of project participants. A key focus of the analysis will be on assessing the effectiveness of the project interventions, as well as examining the integration of gender, disability inclusion, and environmental sustainability across project components. Based on the findings, the evaluator will produce comprehensive reports, including an inception report, a draft evaluation report, and a final report, along with delivering a presentation of key insights and recommendations to AOSED and relevant stakeholders.
