Request for Proposal (RFP) – Newspaper Houses for Roundtable Event Coverage

An Organization for Socio-Economic Development (AOSED), in collaboration with CARE Bangladesh, is organizing a Sub-National Roundtable on Pro-Poor, Gender-Responsive, and Human Rights-Based Climate and Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance (CDRFI) Mechanisms in the coastal region of Bangladesh.

To ensure widespread dissemination of key discussions and recommendations, we are inviting proposals from leading national newspapers for event coverage and media publication.

Event Details:

• Date: April 10, 2025
• Location: Khulna City
• Focus: Gathering expert insights on CDRFI, finalizing a policy brief, and increasing public awareness through print and digital media.

Scope of Work:

• Publish a detailed report on the roundtable in both print and digital formats.
• Produce a high-quality audiovisual documentary capturing key discussions and expert insights.
• Publish a full-page supplementary highlighting event outcomes and policy recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure effective dissemination of findings.

Proposal Requirements:

• Technical Proposal (Max 4 pages) – Cover page, methodology, timeline, and plan for event coverage & reporting.
• Financial Proposal – Detailed cost breakdown including VAT & TAX.
• Company Profile & Experience – Past work samples, TIN, BIN, and tax acknowledgment certificates.
