Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative *Technical Marketing Manager* to bridge the gap between our product development and marketing teams. You will play a critical role in translating complex technical features into compelling marketing campaigns, content, and strategies that resonate with our target audience. This is a unique opportunity to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical capabilities and translate them into marketing strategies. 
  
• Develop data-driven marketing plans aligned with business objectives. 

2. Content Creation:

• Create technically accurate yet compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, etc.) for various marketing channels. 
  
• Simplify complex technical concepts into language that resonates with diverse audiences. 

3. Campaign Management:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments or industries. 
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, email). 

4. Sales Enablement:

• Develop technical marketing collateral (e.g., product presentations, FAQs, competitive analysis) to support the sales team. 
  
• Train the sales team on technical product features and market positioning. 

5. Market Analysis:

• Research market trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to refine marketing strategies. 
• Collaborate with product teams to align on feature development and roadmap priorities. 
  

6. Technical Demonstrations:

• Assist in product launches by creating live or recorded demonstrations that showcase product features. 
  
• Partner with customers for success stories and use case development. 

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the liaison between marketing, engineering, and product teams. 
• Advocate for customer needs based on feedback from marketing channels. 

Experience Requirements

1. Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of [Insert specific technologies used by your company, e.g., cloud computing, AI, IoT, etc.]. 
• Ability to grasp and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 

2. Marketing Skills:

• Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns. 
  
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar. 

3. Content Development:

• Experience creating technical documentation, blog posts, or video content.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills. 

4. Analytical Mindset:

• Strong data analysis skills to measure and improve campaign performance. 
• Familiarity with A/B testing and growth hacking techniques. 

5. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Additional Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical marketing role, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment. 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in startup environments or rapid-growth companies. 
• Familiarity with programming languages or APIs. 
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
