Position: Officer, Supply Chain Management

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or related discipline.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference

Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in the related field.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Textile, Manufacturing, Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with foreign suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor order status, resolve any issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline the supply chain process.
