Position: Manager, Accounts

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• M.Com (Accounting) with CA Inter/ PE-I/Knowledge Level/CMA-(Advanced level-1) Completed.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in industrial & manufacturing company in Finance & Accounts.

Additional Requirements:

• Practical experience of MS Excel and Accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Capable to design & development of controlling system.
• Demonstrates good English language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable to work independently.
• Able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision and monitoring of accounts & finance activities.
• Daily fund/cash management.
• Preparing quarterly financial statements.
• Determining the landed cost of imported goods.
• Selection of proper heads related to cash, bank and adjustment vouchers & checking, posting & correcting the same accordingly.
• Preparing & checking monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Checking & reconciling monthly long term and short term loan.
• Monitoring suppliers’ payment and maintain liaison with procurement department.
• Monitoring and ensuring Tax/VAT deduction at source and confirm the deposit within stipulated time.
