Position: Assistant Manager / Manager, Distribution

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in any discipline from any Public or reputed Private University.
• Minimum 10  years’ relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Age maximum 40 years.
• Experience about different types and quality of boards.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Set distribution goals and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
• Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
• Must have knowledge on all Bangladesh Road & Transportation.
• Able to communicate with dealers, transport drivers, sales personnels.
