Position: Assistant Officer, Accounts (2)

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • M.Com (Accounting)/MBA in Finance and Accounting.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in industrial & manufacturing company in Finance & Accounts will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Computer skills on MS Excel/MS Word will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling cash or check transactions.
  • Cash book & ledger book posting.
  • Preparing Cash/Bank/Debit/Credit and other vouchers. Prepare money receipt.
  • Checking receipt & payment vouchers.
  • Recording bank transactions in computerized accounting software
  • Preparing daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
  • Preparing journal entries and posting to general ledger.
  • Maintaining suppliers account, record and update payment information into the software.
  • Other day to day activity & periodic project assigned by supervisor

Job Location

  • Corporate office & Factory premises.
