Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Description

  • Receive processes and verify the accuracy of orders from customers by utilizing the organization’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Process orders on time with zero defect entries.
  • Initiate required action for responding to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Communicate clearly through e-mail and keep data.
  • Ensure and provide quality service to customers through on-time, clear communication, NCR closure follow-up, order follow-ups and dispatch confirmations, if any. Attend customer calls, take feedback to improve and keep data.
  • Receive inquiries from and/or contact the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
  • Process branch orders.
  • Interact with the inventory department to ensure stock maintenance.
  • Communicate data intra-departmentally and raise alarm in case of issue and support.
  • Access the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
  • AX ERP system learning.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Work on tenders.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare monthly reports.
  • Perform assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files.
  • Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team. Develop team objectives and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase accuracy.
  • Any other assignment given by management from time to time.
  • Work as a sales coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of orders.
  • Ensure that price, quantity and other details are verified and liaise with finance to get approvals.
  • Liaise with customers and salespeople on the update of orders.
  • Follow up with the logistic team to ensure timely delivery to the customers.
  • Generate sales reports every day.
  • Update customers on orders.
  • Track work using Excel and have timely communication with the concerned persons.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Ability to create an analysis report.
  • Ability to work under pressure/stress.
  • Previous experience working on tenders an advantage.

Requirements

  • Age group: 23–35 years.
  • Experience: 3–4 years or more
  • Qualification: BBA/MBA with Supply Chain Management background (SCM) or any graduate having relevant experience.
  • Languages: Candidate must be fluent in English
