AFPL is the introducer of ethnic dry food in Middle East Asia & Europe market. AFPL has production plant in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh. AFPL is member of Saudi Chamber of Commerce and also Direct Foreign Investor in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. AFPL is exporting to KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Italy, UK, Malaysia, India, Lebanon, Singapore & Jordan etc.

  Position: Assistant Manager-Product Development

Job Description:

  1. Develop new product features and integrate with existing product lines
  2. Knowledge about creative design of cover-page, label, brochure, catalogue, leaflet & any other design as pre company requirement.
  3. Conduct customer feedback survey and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Set, monitor and ensure progress made towards quality targets for Products in line with business strategies and competitor initiatives
  5. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training materials
  6. Work closely with technology team to optimize product / sales process
  7. Identify potential business partnerships by analyzing market demand and strategies, partner QUALITY, sales process, legal framework and financial viability
  8. Competitor analysis and market share maximization
  9. Represent the company through products to key customers and others who may impact upon the business.

  Job Nature: Full Time

 

Educational requirement:

  • BBA or MBA with adequate experience in Marketing, Management & Product Development.

 

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 3 year (Experience in Food stuff based export company will be given preference)
