Job Context
Recovery officer attempts to collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment. When agreeable payment terms are not reached, Recovery officer take further action in order to collect payment on debts.
Job Responsibilities
- Make Calls to Clients
- Follow up with customers for all outstanding payments and identify problematic accounts
- Responsible for communicating with delinquent customers, establish and developing effective payment plans with the delinquent customers.
- Ensures payments are monitored promptly and reminders are issued timely on any amount in arrears.
- Making collection efforts on past due accounts vide site visit and phone in order to achieve prompt payment.

- Negotiate Payment Schedules
- Maintain Customer Files
- Prepare Statements
- Other responsibility assigned by the management.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Economics are preferred.
- Will be appreciating the candidates who has business background.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Farm Machineries sales, Cash Recovery, Loan Recovery areas.
Additional Requirements:
- Age Na
- Total 5 years' experience in Cash\Loan Recovery sector, including at least 1 years' experience with Agricultural Machinery, like Tractor, Power Tiller, Combine Harvester, Rice Trans planter etc.
- Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, Internet.
- Experience in handling banking transaction, Attention to detail and Mathematics
- Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
- Able to take initiative.
- Should have very good communication and presentation skills
- Able to Travel frequently all over Country.
- Able to ride Motorcycle with valid license.
