| We are looking for a Deputy Manager / Manager for the Printing Plant of Akij Food & Beverage Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible to :
- Execute and supervise the plant’s (printing machine, film-making machine, dry-lamination machine, slitting machine, rewinder, etc.) daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Uphold the quality standards of production processes to deliver top-notch products.
- Manage production schedules to meet goals and customer demands.
- Implement cost-saving and waste-reduction strategies for profitability.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Store departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare detailed production reports, costing statements, and KPI updates as required.
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial and Production Engineering. Diploma in Printing Technology will be preferred. Educational requirement can be relaxed for relevant experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience out of which at least 3 years in a similar position and similar industry.
