Timing: 2 pm - 10pm, 10 am to 6pm
Job Description / Responsibility
- To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
- To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
- Analyze, Reconcile and Report logistics (collection/shipment) daily operation performance metrics
- Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
- Coordinate supply chain process.
- Ensure proper delivery of products.
- Prepare reports as per requirement.
- Identify efficiency improvement areas.
- Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
- Any other tasks given by the authority
Employment Status: Full Time
Educational Requirements
- Graduated / Fresh Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- If candidates not able to work in night shift no need to apply
- If you are not able to work late in night no need to apply
- Computer literacy - MS Word, excel, Internet, email
- Experienced (Fulfillment/ Operations, Courier company or in any Ecommerce Site) candidates will get preference
