Customer Care Executive (Morning & Evening Shift)

- Job Location: Lalmatia
- Working Time:
- Morning Sift : 8 am - 4 pm (Only Female) , 10 am - 6 pm (Only Female)
- Evening Shift 2 pm - 10 pm (Only Male)
- Work from Home : 10 am - 7 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Receive & make call to the customers.
- Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
- Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
- Collect customer's feedback.
- Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude and self motivated.
- Make Report to Supervisor.

- Graduated from any reputed University in any Discipline.

- Age 21 to 26 years

- Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
- Computer Literacy is must , English & Bangla typing speed minimum 40 wpm .

- Ability to navigate through software applications.
