Position Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Sales

Position Reports to: Manager - Sales
Work Level: Individual Contributor
Business Unit: Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities in local/onshore market through research and analyze sales options, & credit worthiness of customers and developing business through cold calls.
  • Carry out sales plan/ idea with team and visits customer as per plan to collect customer requirements and resolves those queries and ensure maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Communicate and build relationships with external and internal customers, suppliers, different related and supporting departments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target as per business plan and also contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term sales plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
  • Identify and create new markets and areas of business by using UPS areas of strengths and also ensure positive market impression towards UPS.

Educational Qualification:

  • Business Graduate/Post Graduate from any top notch university
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Work Experience Required:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience gained in courier/logistics or relevant commercial organization.
  • Business process re-engineering or change management experience within a fast moving and dynamic environment will be preferred
