Position Title: Asst. Manager/Manager - Sales

Position Reports to: Head of Business
Work Level: People Manager
Business Unit: Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities in local/onshore market, research and analyze sales options & credit worthiness of customers to grab the market of business.
  • Make strategic plan on rates and routes of business to generate profitable business and initiate & develop on innovative value added services in accordance with plan for customers to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with all respective team to ensure smooth business process and also supervise them to collect credit based on outstanding dues calculated out of the ageing analysis.
  • Follow up our valuable customer through physical visit, mail or phone call to build and continue good relationship for future business.
  • Ensure the best utilization of UPS infrastructure to create huge market for the SCS business in Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in business from any top notch University.
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Work Experience Required:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience gained in courier/logistics or relevant commercial organization.
  • Business process re-engineering or change management experience within a fast moving and dynamic environment will be preferred.
