Job Title: Junior Executive, Customer Support |
Job Responsibilities:
- Interview patients to obtain personal and financial information, insuring the accuracy and completeness of that information
- Collect and process any necessary service payments
- Greets patients and complete registration process
- Give him/her proper guidance to collect necessary information and describe properly our policy regarding report delivery and other staffs.
- In case of the phone calls, talk to the person humbly and remain calm while talking.
- Inform about delaying in report delivery very softly and describe the reason.
- If we need any previous report or history, talk to the respective person softly, explain him/her the reason, request him/her to provide the documents in an early date. If anyone refuse to provide other necessary document, make a note.
- Maintains files of requisitions & type reports.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any science-related discipline from a recognized university
Experience Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 22 to 30 years

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
