Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing laboratory tests, sample processing, and result documentation.
  
• Handle specimen collection, labeling, and storage following standard protocols.
  
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per guidelines.
  
• Prepare reagents, slides, and test solutions for diagnostic procedures.
  
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory, adhering to biohazard protocols.
  
• Support senior technicians and pathologists.
  
• Record and update laboratory data in the system while ensuring confidentiality.
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and laboratory regulatory standards.
  
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or senior laboratory personnel.

Diploma in Medical Technology from a recognized institution

Experience Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience.
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
