Assistant Manager, Pest Control

Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise Pest Control service throughout various posts.
  
• Conduct site survey for pest control service.
  
• Promote the Pest Control service to new potential clients
  
• Inspect post on regular intervals and collect necessary feedback.
  
• Maintain liaison with clients for service related issues.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service through liaison and regular consultation.
  
• Maintain and develop health and safety risk assessments on uses of pesticides products.
  
• Prepare training modules for On Job Training of Pest Control personnel
  
• Conduct On job training of Pest Control personnel in various posts as per schedule

Pre-requisites to apply:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture (Preferably from Entomology background) from reputed universities
  
• 03-04 years’ experience in relevant field.
  
• Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
  
• Hard working & energetic
  
• Within 35 years of Age.
