Assistant Manager, Operation (Security)

Job Location: Cox’s Bazar

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
• Find out potential clients and increase posts at south-east region.
• Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.
• Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
• Posting adjustment of the field forces in coordination with Aegis Head Quarter.
• Performing regular post visit as per plan.
• Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.
• Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
• Look after welfare issues of field forces.
• Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.

 Pre-requisites to apply:

• Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)
• 03-04 year’s experience from relevant field and Defense background will get preference
• Hard working & energetic
• Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
• Within 35 years of Age.
