Deputy Asst. Manager/ Assistant Manager, Business Development
Department: Operation
Job Location: Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify and pursue potential clients to drive business expansion
- Prepare client’s portfolio and continuous update the portfolio.
- Maintain records of bidding and agreement renewal dates for current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and well-coordinated bid submissions.
- Analyzing the tender document to understand the needs of the client
- Analyze RFQs and create proposal outlines and development plans
- Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
- Analyze the existing portfolio to identify and target potential clients.
Required Educational Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA from a reputed university (Major in marketing preferred)
- Preferably 02-05 year’s experience from relevant field
Required Skills & Age:
- Excellent drafting & communicating ability & skills both oral and written
- Demonstrate good negotiation skill
- Excellent capacity for writing a business proposal
- Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
- Within 35 years of Age.
