Junior Officer, Operation

Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment process and checking admission documents through online.
  • Prepare Result Sheet of trainees and allotment of ID numbers
  • Prepare appointment letter for new trainees.
  • Issue of appointment letter and ID cards.
  • Handling receipt of all bills, payments, and verification for the training center.
  • Maintain petty cash & cash management of Training Center.
  • Maintaining the security deposit register.
  • Maintain daily attendance & leave record of training center staffs.
  • Prepare police verification information file of new trainees.
  • Submission of demand for clothing items for new trainees.
  • Complete all documents for passing out the parade.
  • Prepare and maintain all trainee’s personal file
  • Assist OIC (Ashulia Training Center) in day to day operational activities of the center.

Required Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduation from any discipline
  • Preferably 01-02 year’s experience from relevant field & fresher’s with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply as well.

Required Skills & Age:

  • Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
  • Good communication skills, hardworking and energetic
  • Willing to stay in company accommodation at Ashulia Savar.
  • Hard working & energetic
  • Within 32 years of Age.
