Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products. Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
  
• To formulate strategic plan to achieve growth and meet sales target.
  
• To plan & direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target.
  
• To develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability and market opportunities.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  
• Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate with the corporate clients.

Employment Status : Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Honors/ BBA with major in Marketing/Sales or equivalent degree

Experience Requirements

• Marketing Sales experience minimum 5 year(s)
  
• Experience in ready mix industry will be highly preferable.
  
• Experience in sales and marketing at construction industries (materials like cement, rod, steel industries etc) & Good knowledge in sales will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
