Job Description:

The candidate should ideally have the following qualifications, experiences and skills:

• should be locally based in Khulna or will be willing to be based full time in Khulna city for about 08 months;
• Stakeholder engagement: Ability to engage with the client and the mayor’s office on project selection (in coordination with the International TL);
• Team leadership and management: Ability to manage the national staff to deliver inputs – agree timing and scope of their inputs;
• Report writing skills: Ability to work on the feasibility study report and deliver inputs for feasibility analysis of the subprojects; and
• Cost estimates: Ability to support to cost estimate for sub projects;

Educational Qualification:

• should have a degree in civil engineering, or Urban Planning or Architecture;

Experience Requirements:

• Have at least 10 years’ experience with local government agencies such as KCC etc.
• Preferably be around 40-45 years old;
