Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our People & Culture, Administration, and Health, Safety & Security functions. As Country HR Manager , you will shape our organizational culture with elements of CCI ecosystem, lead talent strategies, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace.   • Collaborate with the Country Leadership Team and CCI Group Office to develop and implement a holistic HR strategy for CCI Bangladesh, supporting the business through employer branding, resourcing, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, culture building, and change management
  • Contribute to CCI’s strategic direction by formulating HR policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives. Drive cost efficiency and manpower productivity across the organization
  • Design, monitor, and execute the HR Plan, including manpower planning, compensation strategy, and training programs. Establish an organizational structure that supports business growth
  • Design and facilitate CCI’s performance & appraisal processes. Oversee the execution of Talent Development Forum to ensure employee career development and performance improvement. 
  • Foster a performance-oriented and inclusive culture where employees are highly engaged and diversity is actively promoted across CCI Bangladesh
  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances, implementing employee engagement programs, and guiding line managers to enhance productivity and workplace harmony within CCI Bangladesh
  • Design, improve, and monitor compliance with health, safety, and workplace rights regulations across all CCI Bangladesh facilities. Lead the implementation of employee welfare programs
  • Develop and implement organization-wide reward and recognition programs within CCI Bangladesh to cultivate a culture of achievement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s in Business Administration or Psychology
  • 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in Group Office based managerial roles supporting multiple countries
  • Proven experience in leading HR Center of Excellence in a multinational organization
  • Previous experience of working in The Coca-Cola System or experience in the beverage industry will be an added value

Salary and Benefits:
