Position: Regional Sales Manager

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Responsibility:

• Implement company's marketing & sales strategies and achieve targets through monitoring & guiding Area Managers in assigned region;
  
• Meet sales objectives, manage and monitor projects, conduct sales, coaching sessions and performance evaluation of Area Managers & MPOs;
  
• Ensure successful implementation of long term and short-term marketing strategies in the field;
  
• Explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operation in the region;
  
• Be proactively alert to issues related to competitors’ activities;
  
• Act in line with company business ethics and compliance;
  
• Should have analytical skills & “Can Do” attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy;
  
• Have ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor/Master degree from any discipline (Science up to HSC is preferable)
  
• Having minimum 3-4 years working experience as a Regional Sales Manager at any reputed pharmaceuticals company
  
• Good communication skills both in English & Bangla
