Position: Officer - Training and Development
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training need analysis (TNA) to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on target audience
- Consult expert opinion to identify training opportunities and performance gaps
- Prepare and modify content for various training modules
- Co-ordinate, organize and facilitate different training programs as per need at corporate office and other units
- Ascertain training calendar scheduling and budgeting
- Receive training feedback and ensure continuous improvements of the training program
- Maintain training record management and report generate
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
- MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
- Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Excellent Presentation, Microsoft Office Applications, Problem solving and decision making, Training Facilitation
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Willingness to work outside of Dhaka as per training need
Job Location: Dhaka
