Position: Officer - Training and Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training need analysis (TNA) to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on target audience
  • Consult expert opinion to identify training opportunities and performance gaps
  • Prepare and modify content for various training modules
  • Co-ordinate, organize and facilitate different training programs as per need at corporate office and other units
  • Ascertain training calendar scheduling and budgeting
  • Receive training feedback and ensure continuous improvements of the training program
  • Maintain training record management and report generate

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
  • Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Excellent Presentation, Microsoft Office Applications, Problem solving and decision making, Training Facilitation

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Willingness to work outside of Dhaka as per training need

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
