Manager - Hospital

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To manage overall hospital service activities to contribute human health as well as business growth
  
• To administer organization policies and disciplines
  
• To ensure organization resources are properly maintained
  
• To manage team, supervise and control all Departments and Staffs
  
• To source and recruit people to fill vacancies time to time subject to proper approval from the authority
  
• To ensure the hospital staffs are clients-friendly and maintain quality of services
  
• To organize and participate staff meeting/training
  
• To assist to Medical Director in all administrative functions
  
• To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
  
• To perform any other task assigned by the management

Educational Requirements: Masters in any subject

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences as a manager at any hospital

Job Location: Ad-din Barrister Rafique-ul Huq Hospital, 23/1 Balurmath, postogola, Dhaka

Employment Status: Full-time

Age: Maximum 40 Years
