Notice for Procure Supply Materials

ActionAid is an international development organization that has been working in over 45 countries worldwide with people living in poverty since 1972. One of ActionAid's key focus areas is responding to emergencies and humanitarian crises. In line with its humanitarian efforts, ActionAid Bangladesh (AAB) has been providing support to host communities and Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar since 2017.

ActionAid Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar operations, intends to procure from qualified suppliers for the supply Materials.

Tender Scope:

Sealed financial and technical proposals are invited from vendors/suppliers for procure supply materials:

Schedule of Tender:

  1. Tender Submission: Interested vendors/contractors/suppliers must submit a hard copy of their quotation on company letterhead in the Tender Box located at the reception area/in front of the Security Desk of ActionAid Bangladesh (AAB) Cox’s Bazar Office (House No: 752, Block: C, Ward: 11, Jhautola Masjid Road, Cox’s Bazar-4700) on or before 10th March 2026, by 11:00 AM.

    The technical and financial proposals must be sealed in one envelope and submitted with the following text clearly written on the envelope: “Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal for the “Supply materials.”

  2. Tender Schedule Collection: Tender documents will be available for collection from 05th March  2026 to 09th March 2026, on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hard copies of the tender documents can be collected from the Security Guard at the entrance/main gate of ActionAid Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar Office (House No: 752, Block: C, Ward: 11, Jhautola Masjid Road, Opposite Radiant Fish World, Cox’s Bazar-4700).

  3. Tender Opening: The tender opening will take place on 10th March 2026 at 12:00 PM at the AAB Cox’s Bazar Office. Each supplier/bidder may send one representative to attend the tender opening event, if interested.

Application submission deadline: 10th March 2026, 11:00 AM.

The authority of ActionAid Bangladesh reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
