Job Summary
The fellow will be supporting Communication staff in Cox’s Bazar with design and photography requirements of projects.
Key responsibilities include (not limited to)
Provide design support for IEC materials (40% Time)
- Design banner, poster, leaflet, stickers or other IEC materials as required by project staff of Cox’s Bazar and in alignment with ActionAid Bangladesh’s branding guideline.
- Design static for social media for international days.
Provide photography and videography support (40% Time)
- Capture photos and videos of project work by visiting Rohingya camps and other working areas in Cox’s Bazar, including events organised by ActionAid Bangladesh
Provide administrative support to Comms staff (20% Time)
- Support Comms staff of Cox’s Bazar in organising meetings, workshops and bill adjustments.
Relationships
The person who holds this position will be reportable to Officer - Communications.
Required Educational Qualification and Experiences
Education
- Graduation from any reputed university in the disciplines of Marketing/Communication/Mass Communication/International Relations/Development Studies or any other relevant subjects.
Experience
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
Required Competencies
- Photography and videography
- Experience in adobe photoshop, iluustrator, indesign, and lightroom
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills.
